The built up facilities and capability has been carefully planned and visualized for manufacturing the quality butyl tubes with sophisticated machineries like kneader, extruder, splicing machines, curing presses etc.

Manufacturing Process:
Butyl rubber is mixed with best quality chemicals and after proper mixing in the desired temperature and time the same is than delivered to the extruding section and the correct size of the required dimension is extruded

The extruded pieces are cut to the appropriate lengths and valve are jamed and the end joined properly under a process well known as splicing in this trade.

After due curing of the tubes they are than vacuumed and tested 100% before the same is delivered to the packing section for packing and sending to the customers in proper transport with a view for safe and prompt delivery.

M/s Polygold Precured Systems Pvt Ltd have the latest butyl inner tube plant for automobiles spanning round a land admeasuring10000 sq mtrs with covered area of 2600 sq mtrs. and latest in house testing and quality control facilities. There is enough room for expansion in the premises if need be.. Own power back up is also available.
